What happens during loadshedding?
Our dual-WAN failover ensures your internet and phones stay online during power cuts. Primary fibre + backup LTE/5G with automatic switchover in under 1 second. We also configure UPS backup for office equipment so your team keeps working.
Do you lock clients into contracts?
No. We're month-to-month wherever the model allows, and we're straight about where it doesn't: certain premium fibre zones are supplier-bound, and some licences (Microsoft 365, security suites) bill annually. We tell you up front, and we architect failover so you're never stuck. We don't hide behind contracts for things that don't work.
What areas do you service?

Who owns our hardware and our data?
You do. Hardware is rent-to-own on supplier-agnostic kit: once it's paid off, it's yours to keep. Your data sits on SA-hosted infrastructure with POPIA built in. And because services are never tied to the hardware, you're free to have it managed by anyone, for as long as we earn the job.
How is this different from the big providers?
The big model sells you the equipment and rents it back forever, with 24 to 60 month contracts and exit penalties by design. We separate every service, keep hardware rent-to-own, and stay month-to-month wherever the model allows. Where a supplier mandates annual billing or premium fibre zones, we say so plainly and design around it. We never use a contract to trap you into something that doesn't work.
